I am Dr. Justyna Berniak-Woźny, a certified business trainer, accredited tutor, and certified Project Manager (PMP, Agile PM Practitioner, PRINCE2) with over 20 years of experience in consulting, higher education, and project management.

I earned my PhD in Management from SWPS University and an MBA from the University of Economics in Katowice. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Professor in the Management and Quality Department and as an Accreditation Manager at SWPS University, where I lead accreditation processes, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support curricula development.

My professional experience spans industries including the automotive sector, financial institutions, and higher education, where I have worked on process improvement, project management, and organizational transformation. My research focuses on knowledge management, business process management, and the application of green human resource management and business sustainability practices.

I am particularly interested in promoting sustainable organizational practices and environmental management in academia and business. As a mentor, I am committed to fostering problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and an innovative mindset among participants. My greatest satisfaction comes from guiding individuals and teams to create actionable solutions that contribute to long-term sustainability and social impact.
