Emilia Cholewicka, PhD, is an assistant professor at SWPS University, where she mentors students in cultural economics, creative entrepreneurship, and cultural management. Her academic work and mentoring focus on arts and gender equality, exemplified in her coordination of the "Well Being, Well Dance, Well Art" panel at the Ciało/Umysł Festival, and her supervision of the interdisciplinary art and science club at SWPS. Emilia also serves as a mentor in PFR School of Pioneers program, supporting young innovators. Her research, including the Horizon 2020 CICERONE project, explores creative economy networks with a gender perspective, while her doctoral research, Homo Saltatrix, examines gender disparities in ballet. She has contributed to discussions on the labour market for female choreographers and dancers, presenting internationally on gender inequality in ballet education and leadership.
