As President of SWISS ENGINEERS International, the largest international engineers’ association in Europe, I bring extensive experience in leadership, mentoring, and fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration with a focus on professional migration and career development issues. I have also contributed to policy initiatives in the Swiss Ministry for Economy and Labour (AWA AR), leveraging my expertise to support impactful projects at the intersection of engineering, innovation, and social responsibility.

My career has been rooted in helping professionals and students turn ideas into meaningful outcomes by guiding them across various career, technical, and social fields. My commitment to mentoring aligns closely with ERUA’s goals, particularly within Democracy, Human Rights, and Social Entrepreneurship.
