I am a lecturer at the Department of Environment | UAegean in environmental management and green/sustainable entrepreneurship. My academic and research interests focus on sustainability management and circular economy. In 2014, I introduced a green entrepreneurship course to the Department of Environment, open to students of different backgrounds (environmental, social, humanities, etc.). As the instructor, I mentor the teams in their entrepreneurial projects. I have also participated, as a mentor, in diverse hackathons: "THE Port - Hackathon at CERN (2017)", "Design Sprint for Global Challenges" organized by UAegean and USC (2019), "Aegean CLΙΜΑΤΗΟΝ 2019" (Greece), "Blue Hackathon 2019" (Greece), "SUP free hackathons 2020 & 2021" (Greece). I work with other faculty members to develop entrepreneurial culture and mindset at the university level. As a member of the UAegean Environmental Management Committee, I`m also actively involved in supporting the sustainable transition of the university.
