Graduate of the University of Oxford in Social Sciences and Oxford Brookes University Business School (MBA). For over a decade she has been an accredited higher education lecturer in the UK (Certificate of Higher Education - Oxford Brookes University, Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching - University of London) and Poland (postgraduate studies in Pedagogical Preparation for Conducting Didactic Classes at the University Level - SWPS University). Her experience includes positions as a corporate trainer, operations manager, and strategic consultant in the private and non-governmental sectors. She holds a PhD from SWPS University and currently serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Management Department and Representative of the Vice-Rector for Organization and Finance at SWPS University. Additionally, she is an Editorial Board member of several scientific journals and an active member of professional organizations. She has presented her academic work at a number of conferences and is a frequent guest speaker at academic and business events. Her research and expertise focus primarily on management and quality, including process improvement, project management, creative problem-solving, leadership development, and organizational change. She is also engaged in initiatives promoting responsible business practices and sustainable development, fostering innovation, and encouraging entrepreneurial thinking among her students. As a mentor, she aims to help participants develop critical thinking, apply practical solutions to complex challenges, and make a positive social impact through their projects.
