Mentoring

Experienced mentors from across the ERUA network, supporting teams as they shape their ideas

Throughout the Lab, participants are supported by experienced mentors — people who have built ventures, advised social enterprises, and worked across research, business, and the public sector.

Mentoring runs alongside the course, input sessions, and challenge-based events: a chance to test assumptions, sharpen a business model, prepare a pitch, and think through real-world impact with someone who has done it before.

What mentoring offers

  • One-to-one and small-group guidance
  • Help refining your idea, business model, and impact logic
  • Pitch preparation and feedback
  • Connections across the ERUA network

How to connect

Mentoring is part of taking part in the Lab. Join the course, an input session, or a challenge-based event, and you'll be matched with mentors suited to your idea.
