About the Lab
Fostering social innovation and sustainable impact across Europe
Mission
The Social Entrepreneurship Lab is part of ERUA's commitment to fostering innovation and societal impact through collaborative partnerships.
Our mission is to support social entrepreneurs, students, and change-makers in developing sustainable solutions to pressing social, environmental, and economic challenges. Through mentorship programs, innovation challenges, and cross-regional collaboration, we connect academic expertise with societal needs.
By bringing together universities, regional partners, civil society organizations, and entrepreneurs, we create an ecosystem that nurtures impactful ideas and transforms them into real-world solutions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

About the Project
The ERUA Social Entrepreneurship Lab is part of Work Package 6 (WP6) — "Developing ERUA's social entrepreneurship" of the ERUA2 project (European Reform University Alliance 2), co-funded by the European Union under Grant Agreement No. 101124451.
The general objective of WP6 is to foster the entrepreneurship spirit in social sciences in the ERUA university community — with the potential collaboration of STEM disciplines — in order to address societal challenges in five thematic areas: migration & exile, environmental transition, democracy & human rights & inclusion, interculturality & multilingualism, and arts & edges.
This website constitutes Deliverable D6.3 — Website with Case Studies (M24, October 2025), led by ULPGC, and will be regularly updated as D6.4 (M36) and D6.5 (M48). The case studies are developed from Business Plans submitted by participants of the Social Entrepreneurship Online Course (Deliverable D6.2, led by SWPS University).
The Social Entrepreneurship Lab website is part of the ERUA Collaborative Open Space (ECOS), the shared digital platform of the ERUA alliance. ECOS is developed and supported by the University of the Aegean.
