Social Challenge Addressed

The project addresses the limited availability of affordable, nutritious, hot meals in urban areas for students, working people and older adults. Globalisation and the easy availability of food can also weaken connections with local food traditions and culture.

Description of the Solution / Business Idea

Affordable, fast and local food rooted in culture, prepared from healthy ingredients. Small local venues will serve traditional regional soups at affordable prices, using local ingredients. Scaling up production can help optimise costs and keep prices low, while promoting local culture and culinary traditions.
