MINDCROSS

Migration, Exile & Refugees Interculturality & Multilingualism

Social Challenge Addressed

Migrants, refugees, international students, and multicultural families across Europe face limited access to culturally and linguistically appropriate psychological support. Standard mental health services rarely match clients with therapists who share their language or cultural background, leading to misdiagnosis, disengagement, and untreated mental health conditions among some of Europe's most vulnerable populations.

Description of the Solution / Business Idea

MINDCROSS is an online European platform that provides culturally and linguistically matched psychological support for migrants, refugees, students, and multicultural families. It offers a therapist matched in language and culture, online therapy sessions, support groups, workshops on migration-related stress, and educational tools for schools and institutions, combining mental health care with intercultural education.
