High youth unemployment and the growing number of NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) in Bulgaria. The project addresses limited access to flexible, fair employment for young people, especially students and international residents.

YoungOnes Sofia is a social enterprise that connects young workers with short-term job opportunities in hospitality and events through a mobile app. It promotes flexibility, fairness, and skill development while supporting businesses facing staff shortages.
