Liberinco addresses the pressing issue of financial illiteracy and inequality in Bulgaria. Four out of five Bulgarians live pay-to-pay, and less than 10% invest. The lack of accessible, trustworthy financial guidance leads to economic vulnerability and decreased well-being. Liberinco aims to empower individuals aged 16–55 with tools, mentorship, and confidence to manage their personal finances and build sustainable financial habits.

Description of the Solution / Business Idea

Liberinco is a Sofia-based social-impact fintech that turns any smartphone into a personal finance coach. By blending conversational AI with a marketplace of vetted human advisers, the app unifies budgeting, gamified 'savings jars,' bite-sized education, and one-tap expert sessions. It follows a freemium model, offering free premium access for students, low-income households, and NGO-referred users. The mission is to foster long-term wealth-building habits and reduce inequality.
